Last updated 28 August 2026. These terms apply to everyone who uses BOSSMONEY, whether you are buying a ticket or selling one.
BOSSMONEY operates a primary ticketing marketplace at bossmoney.net. We provide the platform on which event organisers list and sell tickets. Except where we state otherwise, we act as a limited payment agent for the organiser — the contract for admission to an event is between you and that organiser.
A ticket is sold at the price the organiser sets, plus our booking fee. Both figures are displayed before you pay and appear on your receipt. Your order is confirmed when payment clears and your tickets are issued; until then, nothing is reserved.
Every event is priced, charged and settled in its own local currency. Where you have selected a different display currency, converted figures are shown for comparison only and are indicative. The currency your payment method is charged in is stated at checkout before you confirm. Your bank may apply its own conversion or foreign transaction charge, which is outside our control.
You may cancel an order for a full refund up to 14 days before the event begins. Inside that window, tickets may be transferred or listed on the event waiting list at face value. Individual organisers may offer terms more generous than this; where they do, the more generous terms apply and are shown on the event page.
Admission is at the discretion of the organiser and the venue, subject to their terms, age policy and safety requirements. Where an event is age-restricted this is stated on the event page and valid photo ID may be required. Being refused entry for breaching venue conditions does not entitle you to a refund.
BOSSMONEY is a primary marketplace. Reselling a ticket bought here for more than face value, or listing it on a secondary platform, is a breach of these terms and we may void the ticket without refund. Transferring a ticket to a friend at or below face value is always permitted and always free.
Organisers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, for staging the event as described, and for holding the licences and insurance the event requires. Commission is 4% of face value. Payouts are made within 48 hours of the event ending, or of the final day of a multi-day run. We may withhold a payout where an event is under investigation or subject to an unusual volume of disputes.
We are responsible for the operation of the platform and for processing your payment correctly. We are not the promoter and are not liable for the artistic content, conduct, safety or quality of any event. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms. Where a change materially affects your rights we will give notice by email to the address on your most recent order. The version in force when you placed an order is the version that governs it.
