Whether you are running a hundred-capacity comedy room or a three-day festival, you get the same tooling, the same rate and the same 48-hour payout.
How it works
Most organisers publish their first event the same afternoon they sign up.
Title, date, venue, artwork. Set up to three ticket tiers with their own allocations, perks and per-order limits.
Price in your own currency. We convert for buyers in the other two regions so your listing reads correctly worldwide.
Publish and share one link. Sales, allocation and audience data update live on your dashboard.
Your door team scans with the BOSSMONEY app. Funds land in your account within 48 hours of the event ending.
No listing fee, no monthly cost, no cut of your booking fee. You keep the rest.
Sell in KES, EUR or USD. Buyers see prices converted; you are paid in yours.
Offline-capable scanning app with duplicate detection and live door counts.
Sell-through by tier, referral source, and where in the world your buyers are.
Early release, standard and premium — with allocations you control and can move mid-sale.
We handle disputes and absorb fraudulent chargebacks so your payout is not clawed back.
One plan, everyone
4%
of face value, per ticket sold
You sell 800 tickets at KSh 2,000 for a Nairobi show.
Paid to your account within 48 hours of the doors closing. The buyer-facing booking fee is charged on top of face value and does not come out of this figure.
4% of the face value of each ticket sold. There is no listing fee, no subscription and no charge for unsold tickets. The buyer-facing booking fee is separate and goes to us, not deducted from you.
Within 48 hours of your event ending, to a local bank account or mobile money wallet. For multi-day runs, payout starts after the final day.
Yes — that is the point. You price in your local currency and are settled in it. Buyers elsewhere see the converted figure on every screen and are told which currency their card is charged in.
Yes. Cancelled events are refunded automatically and we absorb the payment processing cost. For discretionary refunds you set the policy and we execute it.
Event pages carry your name, artwork and organiser profile. Buyers follow you, and we email your followers when you announce.
