Immediately. The confirmation email with your tickets is sent the moment payment clears — usually within ten seconds. Your tickets are also available any time from your account on the device you booked with.
Check your spam or promotions folder first, then confirm the address on your order. Your tickets are never only in that email: open your account page and they will be there. If the address was wrong, contact us with your order reference and we will resend.
No. The QR code on your phone is the ticket. It works with no signal, so you do not need data at the venue. If you would rather have paper, every ticket has a Save or print option formatted for A4.
The QR code, one per person. Each code scans once. If you bought several tickets, either arrive together or transfer a ticket to each person beforehand.
For age-restricted events, yes — the age policy is stated on every event page. Some organisers also spot-check that the name on the ticket matches. Bringing ID is never a bad idea.
Give your order reference and the name on the booking at the box office. They can look you up and re-issue at the door.
You can cancel for a full refund up to 14 days before the event. Inside 14 days, tickets can be transferred or listed on the event’s waiting list at face value instead. Individual organisers may offer more than this, and the policy that applies is printed on your event page.
You are refunded in full automatically, including the booking fee, to your original payment method. No form and no request needed. Refunds settle within five working days.
Your ticket stays valid for the new date. If you cannot make it, you have 14 days from the announcement to request a full refund.
Open the ticket in your account and send it to any email address. It is free, there is no limit, and the original code is voided the moment the new one is issued — so a transferred ticket cannot be used twice.
Every event is priced and charged in its own local currency: Kenyan shillings for Kenya, euros for Europe, US dollars for the United States. The switcher in the header converts prices so you can compare — it does not change what your bank is charged. Checkout always states the charge currency before you pay.
Visa, Mastercard and Amex everywhere; M-PESA for Kenyan events; PayPal and Apple Pay across Europe and the United States.
No. The booking fee is 6% of face value and it is shown next to the price on the event page, in the cart, at checkout and on your receipt. The number never changes between those screens.
Accessible seating, companion tickets and assistance are arranged by the venue rather than sold as a tier. Contact us with your order reference or the event you are interested in and we will put you directly in touch with the venue’s access team, usually the same day.
BOSSMONEY is built to WCAG 2.2 AA. Everything is reachable by keyboard, the interface respects reduced-motion preferences, and prices and dates are exposed as real text rather than images. If something here does not work for you, tell us — we treat access reports as bugs, not feedback.
On your account page. Orders are tied to the device and browser you booked with, plus the email address on the order.
Open any organiser page and press Follow. You will get an email the moment they announce, before the general on-sale.
