The kitchen at Grand Central Market Kitchen cooks this menu once. Tables are held for fifteen minutes past the start time, then released.

Tickets are sold in three tiers and released in waves — the entry tier is genuinely the cheapest price this event will be listed at, and it does not come back once it is gone. Every ticket is a named digital pass, scanned once at the gate.
